Terms & Conditions — jl33 Online Casino & Betting Platform

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply throughout this document and any supplementary policies or rules published by jl33:

• "jl33" or "the Platform" refers to jl33.biz, the online casino and sports betting platform operated for the Philippine market.
• "Player" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered an account on jl33 or is accessing the platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player on jl33, through which the Player accesses all games, betting markets, and financial services.

• "Funds" refers to any balance held within a Player's jl33 account, whether deposited or received through promotions.

• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum aggregate bet amount a Player must place before Bonus Funds are eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body governing licensed gambling operations in the Philippines.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and age verification process required for jl33 accounts before withdrawals and full account access are granted.

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on jl33, you must:

1. Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during use of the platform;

jl33 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify eligibility at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension pending verification.

As a registered Player on jl33, you accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account. Specifically:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jl33 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes;
• You must not share your account access with any other person, including family members;
• You must notify jl33 immediately via live chat if you suspect unauthorized access to your account;
• You must ensure that all personal information on your account is accurate and current at all times. Discrepancies between account information and KYC documents may delay or prevent withdrawals;

All financial transactions on jl33 are conducted exclusively in Philippine Pesos (₱). jl33 does not accept or process transactions in any other currency.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction;
• Accepted deposit methods include: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ;
• jl33 does not charge fees on deposits. Third-party fees imposed by payment providers are the responsibility of the Player;
• Deposits made via GCash and Maya are processed in real time. Bank transfers via InstaPay or PesoNet may take up to thirty (30) minutes during off-peak hours;
• Only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. jl33 does not accept third-party deposits.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 per transaction;
• Withdrawals require successful completion of KYC verification before processing;
• Verified accounts requesting GCash or Maya withdrawals can expect processing within five (5) minutes under standard conditions;
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day;
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the jl33 account holder;
• jl33 reserves the right to perform additional verification checks on withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or first-time withdrawals;
• Funds originating from active Bonus promotions subject to wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until those requirements are fully met.

jl33 offers various promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes to eligible Players. The following general terms apply to all jl33 promotions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• All jl33 bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before the bonus amount or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn;
• Wagering requirements vary by promotion type and are clearly stated in each offer's specific terms. As a general guide, standard welcome bonuses carry a wagering requirement of thirty times (30x) the bonus amount;
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your jl33 account. Real-money funds are used first; bonus funds are applied thereafter, unless otherwise specified;
• Each Player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus on their first qualifying deposit only, once per account and per household address;
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value prior to the completion of applicable wagering requirements;
• jl33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to the protection of any wagering progress already achieved by a Player;
• Players found to be abusing the bonus system — including through multi-accounting, coordinated betting patterns, or exploitation of loopholes — will have bonuses voided and may have their accounts terminated;
• Bonus offers are available to Philippine residents aged 21 and above only. jl33 reserves the right to verify eligibility before crediting any promotional offer.

All games available on jl33 — including but not limited to live dealer games, slot machines, Tongits Go, Bingo, video poker, and sports betting markets — are subject to the following rules:

• All Random Number Generator (RNG) based games on jl33 use independently certified RNG systems. The outcome of every game is determined randomly and is not influenced by previous game results, bet size, or any other factor within jl33's control;
• Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages for slot games are theoretical long-term averages calculated over millions of game rounds and do not guarantee any specific outcome for individual sessions;
• Live dealer game results are determined by physical game outcomes (cards dealt, roulette wheel spin, dice roll) as conducted by a professional dealer in a licensed studio. jl33 has no ability to influence live dealer outcomes;

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jl33 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all account funds, and potential reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same name, address, IP address, device, or payment method;
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to place bets, exploit game logic, or gain any unfair advantage over other Players or jl33;
• Colluding with other Players in any game, particularly Tongits Go and other multiplayer card games;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraudulent chargebacks, or any financial manipulation using jl33 as a vehicle;
• Depositing funds using payment methods not registered in the account holder's own name (third-party deposits);
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any other account process;
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain unfair winnings — any winnings obtained through confirmed software exploitation will be voided;
• Accessing jl33 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under local law;
• Allowing or facilitating access to a jl33 account by a person under 21 years of age.

jl33 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all Players. As a PAGCOR-compliant operator, jl33 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible to all registered account holders from the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set maximum deposit amounts on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Once set, a limit cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of seven (7) days;

jl33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
• Account holder confirmed to be under 21 years of age;
• Account holder found to be on a PAGCOR exclusion list or equivalent self-exclusion register;
• Chargebacks initiated against jl33 through a payment provider;
• Regulatory requirement or direction from PAGCOR or another competent Philippine authority.

Where an account is closed due to a Player's breach of these Terms, jl33 reserves the right to retain any funds in the account that are determined to have been obtained through prohibited activities. For account closures not related to Player misconduct, jl33 will return the net deposited balance to the Player's verified payment method following completion of any pending withdrawal reviews.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their jl33 account may do so by contacting the support team via live chat. Account closure requests are processed within two (2) business days.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl33's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that Player to jl33 in the thirty (30) calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jl33 shall not be liable to any Player for:

• Any losses, costs, or expenses arising from gambling activities, including game outcomes adverse to the Player;
• Indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages of any nature;
• Technical disruptions, service outages, or connectivity issues outside jl33's reasonable control;
• Losses resulting from the Player's unauthorized disclosure of account credentials;
• Actions taken by jl33 in good faith to comply with PAGCOR regulations, anti-money laundering obligations, or other applicable Philippine laws.

Nothing in these Terms limits jl33's liability for death or personal injury caused by jl33's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

All content on jl33.biz, including but not limited to the jl33 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, promotional materials, written content, and software, is the intellectual property of jl33 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use jl33 for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not extend to:

• Reproducing, copying, or distributing any jl33 content without written authorization;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract jl33's source code or game logic;
• Creating derivative works based on jl33 content;
• Using the jl33 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without explicit written consent.

jl33 collects and processes personal data from Players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at jl33.biz/privacy-policy. By registering an account on jl33, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data practices include:

• Collection of registration data (name, mobile number, date of birth) for account creation and age verification;
• Collection of KYC documents for identity verification as required by PAGCOR and anti-money laundering regulations;

The version of these Terms currently published at jl33.biz/terms-conditions supersedes all prior versions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising between a Player and jl33 in connection with these Terms or any aspect of the jl33 service, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through jl33's internal dispute resolution process:

1. The Player submits a written complaint to the jl33 support team via live chat or via email at [email protected];
2. jl33 will acknowledge the complaint within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within seven (7) business days;
3. If the dispute is not resolved through internal channels, the Player may refer the matter to PAGCOR's player dispute resolution process in accordance with applicable PAGCOR regulations.

Any legal proceedings arising from or related to these Terms that are not resolved through the above process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
